Return Process
Cancellation 


Return Policy
·CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE to initiate the return process within 7 days of the delivery date. We OLNY accept products in their original condition, unworn, unwashed & smoke-free. And we CAN NOT process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service first.
·For reasons of health and hygiene, grooming products, products for piercings and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and loungewear) are non returnable.
·All items must be returned with their original tags attached. Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return policy will be refused or charged a 20-50% restock fee.
·Original shipping fees are not-refundable & return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
·The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
·We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
·All goods will be inspected on return. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned.
·We reserve the right not to accept the returns without prior approval from our Customer Service.

Quality Issue
If there is a quality problem and you want to apply for a refund, please upload some persuasive pictures or video. Once it is verified, you can send the item back to us (customer assumes the shipping cost) only after you get our permission, and ask for an exchange or refund.

Sizing or Fitting Issues
As all of our dresses and clothing is hand-sewn and custom-tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.

If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, feel free to choose from the following options:
· You are encouraged to find a local tailor to make adjustments. In this case, we will reimburse you for up to 10% of the product price. 
·You may return the dress after customer service's confirmation to receive a full refund. (Without customer service's confirmation, we do not accept your case.) Buyer needs to pay for the cost of return shipping.

If the dress does not fit properly, but was made according to the specifications included in your order, please choose from the following options:
·You may go to a local tailor to have the dress resized (at your own cost).
·You may use our modification service to resize your dress. Contact us for a quote based on the complexity of the dress and the amount that needs to be altered.

Please be aware that if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.

Colors Deviation
Slight color deviation is inevitable between the color of your item and the color shown on screen because of the settings of your computer screen, while it not mean the item is defective or miss-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact our Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

Overdue Orders
If your order cannot be shipped by the time originally stated, Customer Service will offer you the option of keeping or canceling your order. Customers whose items are overdue by no more than one month can choose to cancel the order and get a full refund, or keep the order and get a 30% reimbursement upon delivery. Customers whose items are overdue by more than 10 days have the option of canceling for a full refund, or keeping the dress at no cost except shipping fees.

Lost Package
For customer hasn’t received the package after 10 days of dispatching from our Customer Service Department, please contact us in time .Then we check the statue of Order for you.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged
Personalized and dyed items, earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings), and personal care items (including lingerie) are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

Return Process
·Please Contact Us within 7 days upon you receiving your item, including an explanation with persuasive pictures or video for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.
·Once you receive the email from Customer Service which states the return is approved, please send back the items to the address listed in email as soon as possible, and please make sure to use local post office service.(such as Post Office, USPS, Royal Post…).
·All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once receive the return item, we will process the case in 3 to 5 business days. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be refunded and cannot be shipped back to you. Please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account, please kindly note that the refund efficiency also depends on the credit card bank's processing-cycle. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge.

Cancellation
We understand that it is a very important undertaking to order a dress for your special occasion, and our cancellation policy was formulated with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. Please be informed that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. For details, please refer to our cancellation policy below.
·Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund, or
·Orders cancelled 12 - 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 10% of the product purchase price, or
·Orders cancelled after 24 hours of payment confirmation but before shipping will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost, or
·Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
