Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website www.bridesmaidress.co.uk(the "Site"), you ("User") hereby agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Agreement"), including all incorporated policies, guidelines, and future modifications. Bridesmaidress UK ("Company") reserves the unilateral right to amend this Agreement or the Site without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
2. Eligibility and License Grant
2.1. Users affirm they are either: (i) at least 18 years old, or (ii) under parental/guardian supervision.
2.2. Subject to compliance herein, Company grants User a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Site solely for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use or third-party representation is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing. Violation terminates this license immediately
3. User Obligations and Restrictions
3.1. Prohibited Conduct: Users shall not:
- Reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, or exploit Site content without authorization;
- Transmit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or malicious content;
- Violate applicable laws or compromise Site security.
3.2. Account Responsibility: Users are liable for all activities under their account credentials and must promptly report unauthorized use. Company reserves the right to suspend accounts or refuse service for violations
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. Ownership: All text, images, logos, and software on the Site ("Content") are Company or licensor property, protected under copyright and trademark laws.
4.2. Use Limitations: Content may be accessed only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized mining, meta-tagging, or commercial exploitation is expressly forbidden
5. User Submissions
5.1. License Grant: By submitting reviews, comments, or ideas ("Submissions"), Users grant Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, publish, or adapt such Submissions.
5.2. Representations: User warrants that Submissions: (i) do not infringe third-party rights; (ii) are accurate; and (iii) include truthful identifying information. Company may remove Submissions at its discretion. Users agree to indemnify Company against related claims
6. Intellectual Property Infringement Claims
Notify Company’s designated agent at service@bridesmaidress.co.ukwith:
- Physical/electronic signature of rights-holder;
- Description of infringed work;
- URL of infringing material;
- Contact information;
- Statement of good-faith belief of unauthorized use;
- Verification under penalty of perjury.
7. Orders, Pricing, and Refusals
7.1. Product listings constitute invitations to treat. Orders are offers subject to Company acceptance.
7.2. Company may refuse/cancel orders due to: inventory constraints; pricing errors; or suspected fraud. Users will be notified of cancellations and refunded if payment occurred.
7.3. Prices displayed in GBP on product pages are binding. Shipping/handling fees apply separately
8. Disclaimers and Liability Limitation
8.1. As-Is Basis: The Site and products are provided "AS IS." Company disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8.2. Limitation: Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use or product purchases, where permitted by law
9. Termination
Company may terminate this Agreement or User access immediately for material breach. Upon termination, all licenses cease, and User must discontinue Site use
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. Parties shall negotiate disputes in good faith for 30 days.
10.2. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) rules. Awards are final and enforceable
11. General Provisions
11.1. Third-Party Links: Linked sites operate independently. Company disclaims responsibility for their content or functionality.
11.2. Remedies: Company may pursue injunctive relief, damages, or other remedies for breaches of this Agreement.
11.3. Severability: If any provision is deemed unenforceable, validity of remaining terms remains unaffected.
