At Bridesmaidress UK, we take pride in delivering premium quality products and exceptional service. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase due to an error on our part, we accept dress returns. Our streamlined process includes 24/7 assistance.
Order Cancellation
We recognize the significance of selecting special-occasion attire. Our cancellation policy accounts for our made-to-order production process (materials become non-reusable after tailoring commences). Cancellation windows after payment confirmation:

Key Conditions:
- Rush service fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds granted only for defects caused by Bridesmaidress UK.
- Custom-sized or self-designed dresses cannot be canceled or returned.
- Worn items or garments damaged by improper cleaning are ineligible.
- Color variations due to monitor displays/lighting are not defects.
- Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Replacements & Refunds
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with tags attached.
- Initiate requests within 30 days of receipt via email to service@bridesmaidress.co.uk (include order details, photos, and reason).
- Pre-approval mandatory: Our team authorizes returns and provides shipping instructions.
- Customers bear return shipping costs (use traceable services).

After Receiving Returns:
- Storage, material, and labor costs deducted.
- Minor issues: Keep the dress for a 15%–20% price adjustment (shipping excluded).
- Significant defects (our fault): Full refund or remake.
Special Provisions
Customs Duties & Taxes
- All international orders ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid).
- Bridesmaidress UK is not liable for import taxes, duties, or clearance fees.
- Refusing parcels due to customs charges voids refund eligibility.
Size & Fit
- ±1–2 inch variance possible in handcrafted garments.
- Incorrect sizing due to customer-provided measurements voids returns.
- Resizing available within 30 days of receipt (customers bear shipping costs).
Note: Significant measurement discrepancies may prevent resizing.
